Our story

We didn't leave the industry, we just stopped doing it from behind a desk.

After years working, we decided the only way to make the films we actually wanted to make was to build our own company around them. So we did.
Out of Office runs lean by design: one small team, handling a project from first concept to final delivery, A to Z.

how we work

One team, one point of contact, the whole production. From the first concept call to the final exported file, we run it ourselves so you're not juggling five different vendors for one film.

Pre Production

We turn your idea into a plan: concept, script, locations, casting and crew, all sorted

Production

We’re on the ground running the shoot: directing, camera, light, wherever “on location” happens to mean

Post Production

Raw footage becomes a finished film: edited, graded, sound, and delivered ready to publish in whatever formats you need

Dennis Bravenboer

Dennis spent a decade in the industry as a DOP and 1st AC, working other people's sets before deciding to build his own. Now he's behind the camera department for Out of Office, usually figuring out how to get the gear to the top of a mountain, or how to keep it steady once he's there.

Paula Cernuda

Paula grew up in the north of Spain, never one for sitting still. Years of producing and project managing in the corporate world taught her how to keep a production on track under pressure. Now she runs the logistics and production side of Out Of Office, making sure the work stays as real as the places it’s shot in

Our Goal

We’ve traded the big agency model for a more personal approach. We run lean by design, a two-person team handling everything ourselves, start to finish, so nothing gets lost in translation between departments.

Need more hands? We bring in trusted people from our own network and manage them directly so you still get one point of contact, just with more capacity behind it.

English is our default, but we work natively in Dutch and Spanish too, which makes it easy to move across borders, teams, and time zones without friction.
